Looks like Corona is here to stay so today I am going to share my immunity booster powder recipe here. I learnt this from my parents. It’s a potent Ayurveda concoction. I would recommend going in with a smaller dose in the beginning and then slowly working up to the full dose.
In traditional Indian cuisine we have a concept of “Taseer”. It means the effect of the food consumed on the body. Taseer can be both hot and cool. For instance, the Taseer of a mango is considered hot while the Taseer of a banana is considered cool. So, in terms of Taseer this recipe is “Super-Hot” on the system. Over heating your system without adequately balancing with “Cool” food items and some physical activity to work off the effects can lead to problems. Some examples of cooling foods are bananas, tender coconut, yoghurt and rice.
